When can I expect my order?
Ans: Our goal is to get your order ready and shipped within the shortest time possible. The timeline is dependent upon whether the apparel is special order or stocked in our warehouses. If the order requires special handling or if the design is not complete there will be additional time required to fulfill it.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Ans: No - that is one of the reasons we are in business. We know that there is a market for personal/small business who need our services. Not all businesses or home users want to purchase 24 hats AND pay a ridiculous setup fee. We know what it is like to need just a few items but having to either do without or paying for items we don't need.
Is there a setup charge for using stock designs on apparel?
Ans: Never! We have over 13,000 stock designs to choose from so our clients can save money. We will apply the design on whatever apparel you select for the cost of the design.
How do I send a design to ASITUSA?
Ans: You can send all designs via email to designs@asitusa.com - we can use most any type of file but we prefer .bmp or .jpg. If your logo/design contains fonts please let us know what types so that we can match the design as close as possible.
What about custom designs - is there a huge setup fee?
Ans: No way! Custom designs are designs/logos that are not ready for embroidery. We look at each design that is sent to us and quote the EXACT cost for us to digitize (make it ready to sew) - most designs do not require major work. We keep the prices low so that you can use your buying power more effectively.
What if I don't have a design or logo and want you to create one?
Ans: We work with you to find out what type of design/logo you want. With all of our in-stock designs (13,000) there is a good chance that we already have what you want. We then work with you on adding any lettering you may want - standard fonts at no charge.
If your design/logo is cannot be created from our stock designs we then work with you on defining what you want in a design/logo, how it should represent you, and where it will work on apparel.
I already have a design and want you to put it on a shirt - how do I do that?
Ans: You can send us the design/logo via email - send via email to: designs@astiusa.com We can then contact you with any questions we might have and also give you a quote on the cost of digitizing the design.

Will I have to pay for the digitizing each time I order?
Ans: Definitely NOT! Once digitized, the design is ready for your to use on any of our apparel. Whenever you order just let us know to use your custom design (on the comments section at checkout) and the apparel with your logo will be sent out to you.
I have a business and don't want to keep a stock of clothing for my employees - what can you do for me?
Ans: We are the answer to your problem!! Instead of you keeping an inventory of apparel in various sizes (since employees don't all come in the same size) you can register you logo with us and whenever you need shirts, caps, pants, jackets, etc. all you do is order online and they will be sent to you.........ready to wear.
